1. Cut the damaged ends of hair on a regular basis.

2. massage your scalp continuously without the use of nails.

3. Do not comb your hair when it is wet.

4. Comb your hair every day before going to bed.

5. Do not use  hair dryer for your hair every day.

6. Do not wash your hair every day.

7 sleeping on a satin pillow or cushion of Egyptian cotton to help you avoid tangles.
